Double spring hinges for wood or heavy eyeglass frame: 

Customers found the double springed hinge is stronger and more stable in use,they love it once they tried,that's why TSH-60 was born.

It's the latest double spring hinge which was actually improved from TSH-53, which is composed of 4.6mm double springs with both front and temple part secured  by screws easily.

This model is actually suitable for any eyeglass frame which has the soldering problem,such as wood eyeglass,aluminum sunglasses,plastic frames,timber eyewear etc.

TSH-53 VS TSH-60: 

There are three improvements comparing to TSH-53,marked with (1),(2) and (3) in the drawing below:

(1): shorten the length between frame and temple part from 9mm to 7mm;

(2): change the angle from 105 to 95 degree;

These improvements make the TSH-60 perfect,we strongly recommend customers who use TSH-53 try this new hinge again.

For your convenience,various length of torx screws are available for option with no additional charge.

One piece of torx screwdriver is recommended also for fixing easier.
