will be sent to your PayPal email automatically, you don't need to send one emal to ask for it specially, so that you could track your parcel any time if you want .

Exactly, no matter it's by 4PX air parcel, Yanwen Air Mail or by Fedex, every tracking number is traceable from the shipping to delivery.

There are two shipping ways in our company, one is by 4PX air parcel, the other is by Fedex, expedited shipping.
By 4PX air parcel or Yanwen air mail:

- To North American countries:
- America: 6-12 days;
- Canada,Mexico: 10-20 days;
- To Australia, New Zealand: 7-15 days ;

Please kindly note 4PX Air Parcel is only acceptable for the parcel below 250USD value,as we have to ensure the valued goods could be received without any problem.
If you select it by carelessness when your order is over 250USD, one Paypal invoice will be issued for additional fee to pay for changing air mail to expedited shipping,kindly note please.

How could I choose my shipping way ?
If the goods are urgent for you, or its value over 260USD, please don't hesitate to choose FedEx only; If you could wait around two week, don't want to pay high shipping way, and the goods are very light, yet value are lower than 260USD, air parcel or mail will be suitable.
Why haven't we received the shipping notice ?
If it hasn't been received in 7 days, the main reason is some item in your order is out or lack of stock, and they are being produced urgently. Once the goods are ready, they will be shipped out immediately. If the shipping date has been postponed for a long time due to out-of-stocks, we will usually present some products free when your goods are shipped out to show our apology.
