TSH-63 is one latest spring hinge for nylon eyewear, timber eyewear etc which need flex action but couldn't solder the springs hinges onto the frames.
This hinge is actually improved from TSH-61 originally,but there're two improvements on it.
first, decrease two holes to one hole on the front hinge;
second,change the screw position from front view to side view to hidden the screws.

This is the shortest spring hinges,12..8mm springs body only excluding the front hinge, but the spring is strong enough.
the front hinge is made of three incline angles:
angle between temples and frames: 98 degee;
downward inclining angle of front oval piece: 7.7 degree;
inclining angle of two barrels of frame hinge: 5 degree;
they are completely consistent angles as they all come from the molds.
For every selling, the screws and spacers are matched without any additional charge.
How to install TSH-63:
for front hinge, exactly same as TSH-10, make hole for spacers and screw it in, make recess for racetrack piece,screw the racetrack into spacers;
for temple part, make recess on temples, insert the hinges in, screw the hinge by the side of temple.
